I specialize in the procedures and organization of empirical research in sociology and social psychology, both on the general methodological problems of research and on the practical implementation of concrete research. Industry 4.0 interests me in terms of its social consequences. That means what changes it brings in the organization of human relations at workplaces and what positive and negative results these changes have. Above all, negative changes emphasize the need for a new set of social rules, behavioral norms for an effective ICT-based society. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Charles University. My professional focus is quite broad, precisely because of focusing on empirical research, research of working attitudes or perception of working conditions.
