The Center for Leadership was established by members of the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology. It serves as a research and consulting institution. Our center focuses on research projects and expertize in leadership (in business), consulting (especially focused on different aspects of working with individuals), individual coaching and leadership skills development.
We can provide companies with:
- analysis of key areas (problematic) in working with individuals,
- effective setting of motivational and developmental systems and programs,
- developing and creating leaders (including talent programmes),
- creating effective teams and increasing employees’ motivation.
