Executive course – Handover of a Family Business from One Generation to Another 23.9.2022

Family businesses have recently been coping with new turbulences in the market as pandemic or change of customers behavior or financial crisis. These situations are reflected in the personal perception of the owners and in their corporate system too. In our course, you will learn to use a personal connection with the company and manage to prepare for the challenge of handing over the company to next generation. The course is focused on communication and decision-making for the further successful operation of a family business.

The course will be led by prof. Ing. Jiří Hnilica, Ph.D., upcoming Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration from 1st July 2022 and founder of the Centre for Family Businesses at the Prague University of Economics and Business. He is a member of the Family Firm Institute and a holder of the Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising.
