You will become familiar with applications that make your work easier and help you discover your company’s financial situation and insolvency.

Meet Dr. Jaroslav Schönfeld, Ph.D., the Institute expert on this complex topic. Dr. Schönfeld is a member of the Department of Strategy of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics, Prague.  Equally, he is a member of the Scientific Council of the  Harry Pollak Centre for Restructuring and Insolvency. Jaroslav is the author of Modern Perspective on Valuation of Receivables (C.H. Beck 2011), and co-author of the book Insolvency Proceedings, Expectations, Reality and Future of the Insolvency Act (Professional Publishing, 2016) and the industry publication entitled, Business Transformation and Restructuring  (C.H.Beck, 2018).
