The University of Economics organized a special colloquium mapping the area of financial characteristics of companies, whose crisis was resolved during insolvency proceedings

A special colloquium named Financial characteristics of companies, whose crisis was resolved during insolvency proceedings was held on 29 April 2019 at the University of Economics in Prague.

The presented topics and the following discussion provided many interesting moments. The colloquium was attended by professionals and academics from various fields: economists, lawyers, insolvency practitioners, insolvency judges, and many others. The event was hosted by Ing. The colloquium was held under the Research project TAČR TL02000467 – Developing preventive pre-insolvency and insolvency restructuring processes at companies facing financial problems, possibility of increasing the use and success rate of such processes by establishing an EWS and by laying down preventive-restructuring methods.
