International Business Communications and Certification courses

This course examines the relationship between communication and culture, and the ways in which diverse cultural perspectives affect individuals, groups, and organisations. The course/programme is designed to increase the cross-cultural awareness and knowledge, as well as the ability to adapt communication behaviour and respond appropriately to cultural differences. Sessions consist of discussion, case analysis, experiential learning activities and presentations. This interactive course assists the participant to become a more effective presenter and be better prepared to assume a leadership role in a diverse and global context.
